Bet they keep voting for politicians that make it harder for them to access healthcare. It’s okay if they die, as long as one of the people they hate dies with them.

Ted Cruz is booking a Cancun getaway as we speak
The only way I’m watching this abomination is if they announced a 12 month delay to reshoot the whole thing with a completely new production team.
Dont even hate watch, Netflix doesn’t care if you like something just that you watch it.
Here in NYC last call is 4am. Whenever I travel I always find it really weird that most places in the US close so early.

Because in many places in the US it means being cut off from your family, friends, the only support group you’ve ever known, could result in being made homeless, or any aide being cut off. It could result in being verbally and physically abused as well.
Ah no wonder why this is awful.
I’m fine after two scoops of ice cream. If I want more, I better have that lactaid handy. Also different dairy products have different levels of lactose. Most hard cheeses have lower lactose count than soft cheese.
I’d definitely choose to die that way over asphyxiation or dehydration.

Wonderful read, thanks for posting!
Yea the mods have to enforce the rules of the subreddit. But there’s nothing stopping them from changing the rules. Malicious compliance!
Don’t forget my favorite: “[Person] SLAMS/OBLITERATES/DROPS A WMD ON [Person 2]”
When the quote is: “I don’t agree with Person 2, they’re wrong.”
Just keep in mind it will hide posts you submit, so if you want to check on your own OP you have to unselected it again.
I feel like that entirely depends on the subreddits you’re subscribed to. For me I have an /r/WTF post at 13, and then not another default sub until… an /r/AdviceAnimals post at 47.
While I love Lemmy and will continue to contribute to it. My reddit experience feels very much the same as it always has. The key was to abandon most of the large subs a long time ago.
that those users are moving to ad-free sites
When I check my ublock origin for this site, it says 0 blocked trackers and ads out of 0%. That’s so refreshing. I don’t think I’ve seen a website like that in decades.
Good for you! I recently changed jobs to a more stable position after asking for years to be put on full time staff at my old one. Once they filled a position with an outside hire instead of bringing me on full time, I knew it was the end of the road. Now I get paid almost twice as much plus amazing benefits to do about half the work.
Break up all the tech monopolies!
I’m glad you made the jump to Lemmy! I was afraid of missing these.
