Halland deserves it. But we all know that Messi will take this one home, unfairly.
Thanks added as a parking lot with the address, also added a note field explaining it.
What lemmy client is that ?
Not goal related but @Fer90Dar@lemmy.world thanks.for your contributions to this community !!!
You change your job to another location :)
This yes, ever since someone mentioned StreetComplete, I have been using it and love it ! Super easy to contribute. The only thing missing is the ability to add nodes. But that I usually do on a computer/ or using Organic Maps android app.
Btw criei uma conta aqui e tenciono apagar esta quando for aceite nesta instancia :)
To be honest, I can understand, Lemmy being pro-communist. Shouldn’t promote to new users, instances that don’t federate with us, on the other hand let the liberals go there and leave us alone …
Void Linux as well here. Actually keep using it because I maintain some packages there.
On Wayland I am using wl-sunset.
I do agree with that, probably my workout plan is poorly made for people with low mobility. Maybe replace the squats with sitting down and up from a chair
Vou comentar pq para mim na minha instância aparece 0 comments, apesar de saber que existem comentários no Lemmy.pt
I have always wanted to be fluent in Russian…
Currently using void linux, but been thinking about switching to debian 12 when my exams are over …
If your aim is getting healthy, I would say walking and some body weight exercises should be enough.
I would aim to do something like:
1. 1min Jumping Jacks
2. 2x10 push ups
3. 30s High knees
4. 3x5 squats
5. 1min plank
This plan shouldn’t take you more than 30/45 minutes. Feel free to change the sets/reps as needed I used the format sets x reps
. If the reps are super hard feel free to lower them and when felling confident increase it again !
Good luck on your fitness journey, any question feel free to ask.
Open to Criticism :)
Weightlifting:)
Few ???
As of 4 September 2020, 101 out of 193 (52.3%) United Nations member states recognize Kosovo. That is a lot of countries not recognizing it.
