Youtube will try to force a sign in otherwise which is bad for privacy.
invidious can’t do it sometimes.
replacing ‘https://www.youtube.com’ with these sometimes work:
Freetube
mpv with appropriate plug-ins.
Various invidious instances.

Yes in some European countries you need to show ID to watch age restricted content. It’s stupid.
