Marked as spoiler, but I’ll still be vague where possible.
Near the beginning of Act 6, when you are walking through the city towards the underworld, you come across a group of cultists that mention “lord of hatred” in terms of worship. Your character and party/allies even call it out - “why would they say that? Lilith considers him the bad guy? Interesting…”
Was that referencing something I missed? (I finished the campaign, so I can’t be spoilered) Or was that just supposed to mention how its all a game to the evils? What did it mean?!
This is Mephisto
I know that part… Lorath & not-Leah said the same.
Lilith is Mephisto’s son… Lilith was also banging Inarius.
If you a psychopathic female succubi that has daddy issues and you dad has spent literal eons trying to murder your boy toy…
Do you think she’s happy with papa?
In an attempt to be vague I think I made room for misunderstanding. I know who all the evils are, and the back story to Lilith. My original post was asking why a small group of Cultists in Caldeum appeared to be worshiping Mephisto, and Lorath wondered the same thing. Wasn’t sure if that was “nothing” or a hint at more story down the road.
