        It’s a little bothersome when you have no interest in Linux and are completely fine with Windows.

      Install Linux, work from home for a small company which doesn’t support using Linux and sends you a Windows computer. Spend all day working on Windows and not want to be on a computer after work anymore, so the rest of the Internet you see is from your phone. Realize you haven’t played a video game in years because you are spending your life finding / being with a partner and cooking, eating, doing dishes, shopping for more food, replacing everything constantly breaking and take a week off 5 years later and decide to play that game you heard a about coming out. The system requirements aren’t met by your old computer. Maybe buy a new one… meh. Think I’ll go to the bar

      Nah, it’s also fine if you use something like FreeBSD or TempleOS.
