Good to know, thanks for the guides and advice !
Oui il est temps que des maisons d’édition indé s’y mettent ! (Pour clarifier je ne fais pas partie de Copie Gauche)
Merci pour la réponse.
Ok, didn’t know that. I will have so much catching up to do with documentations one of these days… The onion routing seemed cool but I barely read anything on it yet.
I Hope it’s not some bullshit whitepaper just to add value to a blockchain/token.
My bad, I thought enhancement requests were widespread all around Github, because I didn’t check how Signal handles issues there.
Someone was talking about Session in another post, the open source app that uses signal code, but without the need to register a phone number.
Can someone recommend it ? Has it been audited ? Because when it comes to cryptography, even if it’s supposedly the same code as Signal, it still needs to be independently audited to be trusted.
Now you can request “enhancements” too in the issue section. See https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy-ui/issues
- Are sufficiently technologically advanced that they’re clearly not from our Earth
As much as I want to believe (!), govs don’t acknowledge that. If it’s not plasma or optical phenomenon like Hessdalen lights, then there’s a chance it’s something else, but nothing says it’s clearly not from our earth.
You can show them other instances that better match your or their political view.
At this point of agressiveness it’s not even a matter of political view.
But you’re right I’ll point people over to Beehaw.org for now.
Simply coming over and providing counterpoints is not brigading
I’m definitely not talking about that. I’m talking about people stating one-liner comments with no counter points and calling you “imperialist” or “liberal”, and throwing it at you like you are a murderer or CIA (which is the same).
If you don’t see precisely what I’m talking about, too bad. Others will get that. And move to other instances like I did, sadly.
I have nothing personnal against you though.
Most people from lemmygrad (and friends) will also insult you by calling you “imperialist” or “liberals”, even though you clearly state you are not. I am anticapitalist and anarchist and receive these too often on Lemmy.ml
When various people are doing it to you, in small comments, it is not officially an insult but it’s meant the same and it hurts the same. Plus some people are openly calling for this kind of brigading from lemmygrad users, and never receive a ban for it?
I’m grateful to the developers for providing Lemmy software, but you’re not addressing the problem here, and it’s hurting Lemmy as a serious alternative to Reddit.
We don’t have a common definition of what “being civil” is, it seems. I’m afraid of showing lemmy.ml to people now, every post about Ukraine or vaguely naming China or Taïwan turns into a nightmare.
… and naming one user like you do is really not a good practice. But you don’t seem to understand anything about online harrasment. Especially when the pack of lemmygrad users come to insult and downvote.
Heck it’s scary.
Why don’t you keep this “re-education” propaganda in lemmygrad. You have a whole instance for that !
Of course Western capitalism is bad, but the kind of non-sense you are spitting is plain propaganda also, and it is the reason some leftists won’t come to Lemmy.
Sadly that’s great documentation.
I’m not opening yet another Solarpunk sub, it’s for French speaking people (on a french speaking Lemmy instance).
Don’t you think people whose mother language isn’t english should have a solarpunk sub in the language they’re more comfortable with ? Not everyone here is fluent in english you know.
