If their statements were true, they should have no issue releasing the complete and unedited body cam footage, from entry to exit — at the very least, screening it to reputable independent journalists and the ICC.

Hamas is not a poor organization, they have many revenue sources including taxes, crime, direct payments from friendly Arab countries, and pilfered aid money. More money for Hamas isn’t going to be the difference maker that puts them on the same level as the military of Israel.

In some cases they can, but here the officer was charged and the attacker was able to get very close, another second and the officer could have been hit and then who knows what would happen. The footage shows a very clear threat.
Yeah. It sucks, but what did the family expect? They couldn’t control him and as soon as the police arrived he charged them with a weapon. Shit situation, but an entirely justified shooting.
It was and will be ruled so when the investigation is complete. No one wants to see a 15 year old die, but it was clearly justified.

The most interesting part of the Maxwell case to me is her decision to remain in the US for so long. She has British and French citizenship, and France infamously does not extradite their own citizens. I wonder what went on behind the scenes to make her stay, or if she just believed she was untouchable.

BYD is definitely impressive, but they have the backing of the Chinese state. On the other hand, Tesla is a targeted company. Look at the history of Tesla’s regulatory battles at all levels and it’s unbelievable how they have consistently come out on the other side.
Hamas clearly needs to unconditionally surrender, they need to do the right thing for their people.
