That we’ll probably only know after someone tries to test all the features without an active internet connection
It’s both local and remote, according to their page. There are some activities that run on a “private cloud”. I’d imagine that image creation is one of those
Damm, I didn’t know there were people with such a hateboner for pizzacake. Her stuff is not top shelf comedy but they tend to give me a chuckle consistently.
I agree that they definitely also develop drift sooner or later, but I have yet to see a controller drift as fast as joycons do, with the exception of maybe the first batch of dualsenses that were atrocious for some reason
Something about the way you worded the first paragraph makes it read as if you are stating your opinion and not mocking the reason most people go “Tencent bad”. I had to re-read a couple times to understand it. I do agree with your critique.
A good chunk of my close friends (and me) are now diagnosed as adhd
I honestly can’t deal with all the theatrics of securing a job (interview and first months/year included). This was a setback at first since when people asked me stuff I didn’t know I’d just say “I don’t know” or at most “I heard this and that but never worked with it”.
Thankfully I ended up at a place that appreciated that frankness and that gives me room (and incentive) to learn new stuff. Every year so far I end up in a new project with different technologies to use and learn. My ADHD brain is extremely satisfied.
In what context would a UI/UX be considered a texhnocrat? I’m very confused
Tbf a bunch of the discounted games are explicitly about “capitalism” (or use the name), so the naming makes sense.
No he didn’t what are you talking about, it took months for someone close to him to actually talk as if he wasn’t the president anymore, and he still avoided such topics to almost a year
I play videogames
When they implemented in-channel streaming
The one thing I would argue that is a bit “new” is that they had a design paradigm similar to immersive sims on their systems, and that is not so common on these kind of top down rpg.
But yeah, the real “innovation” was just making an actually polished game.
Holy shit, I saw this as a kid around 95-98 when I was visiting a friend of my mom I think, this as playing as music in the tv, the guy had like a home theater like setup and this burned into my mind, especially the segment on beyond the minds eye where there’s a guy/robot playing a fps. This was a wild trip to recall, thank you!
And have it on release
They’ve had minor pushbacks on Israeli claims here and there and don’t straight call Hamas a terrorist group. That’s pretty much it afaik
I get what he means and in most points I agree (I’ve worked primarily as a front end dev so far in my career), but as you get more familiar with these frameworks they tend to be so much faster to iterate on compared to a more “cleaner” setup. I’ve seen plenty of situations where using such frameworks were clearly overkill, but were still much faster to setup and were ready to be expanded on if needed in the future. Everything about the package ecosystem on web dev he’s 100% on point though. Things like the left pad situation are insane.
