Bei TherapeutInnen wäre es mir egal bzw erwarte ich fast schon eine private Email-Adresse, weil ich da eher an Selbstständigkeit denke und das ganze gerne auch etwas lockerer sein kann. Es passt für mich einfach ins Bild und bisher hatte ich damit auch keine schlechte Erfahrung.

Ansonsten würde ich aber schon ein professionelleren Auftritt erwarten mit anständiger Webseite usw.

I would like to just buy a modem but somehow I can’t find any cable modems in Germany. There are a few I could import from Amazon US but they apparently don’t support EuroDOCSIS. I used to have one from Cisco, provided by the ISP, that worked perfectly but with a contract change they demanded it back (a condition they did not tell me about and I’m still angry about that).

Oh man that would be amazing. My ISP at some point stopped giving out modems with the internet contract and instead only offers these shitty routers with integrated modems. I read somewhere that you can still get a modem if you asked. So I called and spend 15 minutes trying to describe the difference between a router and a modem and gave up.

Wenn dir das wichtig ist, solltest du vielleicht in die Stadt ziehen. Die Verbindung von Festen mit Alkohol ist in Bayern natürlich generell hoch, aber auch im Rest von Deutschland ist das auf dem Land ziemlich normal. In der Stadt gibt es das auch, aber auch alles mögliche wo Alkohol wenig bis gar keine Rolle spielt.

Weil sich die Umgebung in der Stadt ständig verändert und man dauernd höllisch aufpassen muss nicht überfahren zu werden. Da vergisst man die Zeit schonmal. Auf dem Land fährst du die meiste Zeit geradeaus an Feldern oder Alleen entlang und bist selten in Gefahr. Das ist zwar schöner, aber auch eintöniger.

Die Frau hat es wahrscheinlich einfach weiter zu diesem Markt als zum normalen Rewe und hat sich über das Thema aus objektiver Sicht noch nicht allzuviel Gedanken gemacht.

Gerade die Camembert-Alternativen schmecken ziemlich gut finde ich. Mir persönlich fehlt ein Ersatz für Blauschimmelkäse, aber ich hab mich damit abgefunden. Ersatz für Mozzarella ist auch leider noch nicht da angekommen wo es sein soll, aber es ist gut genug.

Not peculiar but it was fun watching them failing to build their nest at the top of the tree in front of my balcony. The wind blew everything down immediately, it was like a slapstick film. They tried for a week but never managed to fix more than a few sticks and those are gone by now too. Hope they found a better spot.

My personal life is fine but I see how we keep destroying our environment, how we keep torturing billions of animals every year while we can easily do without and how the extreme right is gaining power even in Germany. This makes me unhappy.

I did the same thing, 64 GB, offloaded photos to iCloud, it worked for about 2 years, then it became a constant struggle for the next 2 years. Could not install updates unless I deleted a bunch of apps first. Let iOS manage which apps are installed? Great idea, flawed in execution. It would delete apps that I never open but are necessary for some Shortcuts to run. Also the apps themselves don’t use that much space, it’s the data they store. Now I have 256 GB. I think 128 might be fine but I thought the same thing with 64 GB back then.
