I think a good way to see the thing is that the upkeep of a system requires some degree of media control, so one of the best things that can be done is to build a system where people are part and the focus of the system. So socialism is still preferable, because the focus of the media control is to prevent CIA poisoned information, and others like it, not to gag the population into compliance.
Am in complete agreement with you comrade in particular about the splitting hair thing, I think that there is a threshold of how reactonary a country is that should make us weary of it but much more important than measuring it it should be understanding why it is so.

I’m in agreement with comrade fanonfan over here somewhere. As to say the answer is no, at least for the reasons you stated, this type of individual action is pointless towards making a dent on the system, you should make your surroundings comfortable, and the most important part is to understand the harm of the system and of its parts and of buying a particular type of product makes you feel extra bad, by all means avoid it, but just express yourself in the manner you like best, a comrade happy and active is better than a sad comrade in boicot of companies that often cannot fail under capitalism. Do what feels right to you, if being minimalist is rewarding and gives you that rebelious feeling great, but it js by no means a general recommendation.

I think my friend, that this is as some people already said things on similar lines, that it’s a function of a reality that sometimes can make us sad, that although in many ways we are absolutely unique, in many others we are far less unique as we think, and specially if you are of a population that the algorithms are interested, like live in Europe, or the US, even more so if on the more affluent parts of either, the algorithm will make assumotions based on basically everything you do that passed through or near a Microsoft, Google or even Apple operating system.
I wouldn’t think so, because the most important part of the definition is to show the characteristics of said population that it defines. And I don’t see any material difference between a retirement with or without stocks, it is still just a retirement. Differently from when the retirement plan on somebody is getting a property and renting it out, then the person is in a position of landlord, they have control over selling the property and rising or lowering the rent, so they can directly affect the people that sends the money to theme. While the stock it really works much more like another form of compensation rather than any sort of control over any part of and mean of production.

As funny as it is, I would think the issue they are concerned about is slightly less silly than it seems. I would think that the worry is that the price of garlic from China can undercut the American grown garlic and if the whole industry would shift to Chinese garlic given the quality and low price, it would give a bit of power to China since shifting back to other sources of garlic if and when China decided to either block or hike the prices.I would think is something like that.

What is the kcna, and I’ve tried to read the first one and I must say it’s not a well written one, it goes around in circles for much too long, and at the end there was pretty much a threat to south Korea, which I don’t have much issue with, but what’s strange about it is that it’s said to be written by a commentator and does not mention said commentator, and that kind of threat coming from someone who is not on the military rings a bit hollow.
