Some TVs have tech called ACR (Automatic Content Recognition) that literally reads pixels on the screen for identifying information about what content is being displayed. If your TV has ACR enabled, it’s possible it’s tracking what you watch, even if you’re viewing it through a device like Chromecast.
If your TV doesn’t have ACR or the TV itself isn’t connected to the Internet, then you’re probably fine.

Let’s assume Norway has 5 million people and the US has 300 million people, and they’re going to have a taco eating contest.
If every American eats 1 taco, that’s ~300 million tacos eaten. If every Norwegian eats 30 tacos, that’s “only” 150 million tacos eaten (30 x 5mil = 150mil).
If we’re talking about total tacos eaten, Norway “loses” the eating competition. But that’s not really fair because the US has 60x more people participating.
If we’re talking about tacos per person (aka normalizing for the population), Norway wins the competition because each person ate 30x more tacos than the average American.
So, which country eats more tacos? The answer depends if you’re counting total number of tacos eaten, or average number of tacos eaten per person (aka per capita).

It can be a lot of things, none which make sense to normal people. My guess is it’s mostly a power thing. This guy felt big and strong and intimidating for a moment of his life and he wanted to bask in it.
Because he knows, just like the rest of us do now, that he’s really just a sad, scared piece of shit that would piss his own pants and cry like a baby the minute someone his own size decided to pick on him.
In fact, I bet his pants are filling up with piss knowing that he’s a national news story and people want him dead for his behavior. I just hope he doesn’t have another victim to take his frustration and fear out on. Unless he wants to make that victim himself.

I do enjoy a good hike! Big nature guy. Nowhere near the scenery of the bush where I’m at, but we have some great trails and nature areas. Now I’m inspired to get out and do some of that this weekend. Cheers mate!
Got a small plot in the backyard! Haven’t planted anything yet because it’s still dipping below freezing but I’ll probably be planting in the next week or two. Winter was definitely short this year, only a couple real snowstorms and everything was melted by a month later. Global warming and all.

Yes, it’s not something that accidentally happens to ingest that much bullshit and take it at face value. There are other TV channels, websites, and people to talk to. By the time you’re storming the US capitol building, you have made several intentional choices that put you in that position.
