I miss old memes. Bring them back.
Squincher, that takes me back for sure.
Reminds me of when I had a summer job in a Steel Mill. Two hotdogs for a dollar from a vending machine (AVI). I’d eat that almost every day.
Besides money, a great way to support your parents is to stay in touch. It took me way too long to realize that I can call my mom just to say hello and have a quick chat.
Now I try to call and check in as much as possible. During most of those calls are when I find out if there is anything else that they need. Without those conversations, though it would never come up, since they don’t want to bother me.

Long term, you should try to reduce the amount of red meats and other fatty meat. Add more fiber to your diet. Beans and other things like brown rice and lentils.
If you are not ready for that kind of adjustment, fiber powders can help to supplement the fiber in your diet.
Also, I’m not a doctor. If you continue to experience these problems please talk to your doctor.
Another alternative: Me coming home after a night with the mistress.
That’s a Texas sized 10-4.

That looks great. I live in western PA, but drive across I80 East a couple times a year. What’s the name of this place?
Great photo! Love you Sandy.
