Someone should get this chart as a full body tattoo. Please report back; I’ll be waiting.

Does it have to be set in America? I’d think the genre could work almost anywhere with technological cities.
Ha, I had one and it’s what first came to mind too. Pretty useless.
Oh I didn’t realize the new Tool video had dropped.
Excuse me, that’s the weed patio. The hookah goes on the porch.
Sure, but most people probably don’t know that detail. Hunters probably do, but for your average dumbass a simple “don’t shoot any guns into the air” rule is probably for the best.
I guess that’s fine if you live on a large isolated property. Where I am, the neighbor’s house is like 3.5m away.
No, ignore this. Never shoot guns into the air, it’s both dangerous and stupid.
Yep it’s Elden Ring for me too. I’ve been running my second character (pure sorcery) on and off for a while but the hype has me back in it. I’m a little tired of the gameplay and way more into the lore now. Hoping the new weapons and abilities give it a fresh feeling.
Oh man, enjoy. In some ways RDR2 is the best game ever. Some of the side encounters and story twists are top notch, and the game is gorgeous even on my ancient PC or Steam Deck. For some reason I stopped playing halfway through (I think I got distracted by Deep Rock Galactic over the holidays) but really need to pick it back up.
Ugh yeah that’s tempting to reinstall once again. Last time I did the Call of Chernobyl mod which combines all three game maps and was pretty awesome. I hear Anomaly is really good too.
I’m curious how the latest version runs. I haven’t tried it since the Unreal Engine 5 update. Kinda waiting to jump back in at the 1.0 release.
I’ll hex you all from the Witchy Woods! Unless you let me hang out too, Wizengard sounds pretty cool.
I’m pretty sure Earth has some swamps at the base of volcanoes.
It was intentional 🙂
I switched fully to Linux on my main gaming PC about 18 months ago. Honestly Proton has become so good that I really haven’t had to dual-boot Windows or run a VM or anything. I even bought a licence for CrossOver when I first switched but ended up not needing it.
For the few games that really won’t run (after trying what I find in ProtonDB and PCGW) I really do either A) wait for fixes, or B) just leave them behind. With a library of like 2500 games it’s not hard to find something else to play.
These are the only games I recall not working at all for me:
I would dispute the listing of antimatter as a material. Hypothetically it could be one, but it doesn’t exist that way on Earth. Humans generate plenty of positrons for things like imaging (PET scans) but those don’t stick around. We don’t create anywhere near enough anti-hydrogen atoms to be seen or used on any macroscopic scale.
This is missing Calcium-48 with its nuclear “double magic” at $500k per gram (as of 7 years ago). It’s only made in one place in the world. https://youtu.be/CodBk7xewRk?si=a08E9H3QB1hNcCz9
I don’t think it’s any better than the original Misfits track. But I gotta give 'em credit for introducing me to Merciful Fate, Budgie, Diamond Head, and a couple others.
I almost forgot about SimEarth. For some reason I was allowed to play it in grade school computer lab. I wish they would remake it so I can recreate my sentient cephalopod uprising, except with graphics that aren’t complete ass.
I never played SimLife. But no, Spore is really not like SimEarth at all. As the other person said, Spore is disappointingly shallow on all levels.
