Not sure if this counts as a SV or NSV but I finally stepped on the scale after a vacation, and I only gained 1kg. Not bad for 4 weeks of not really watching what I ate.
Trying to ease back into calorie counting and losing again. Going to keep my deficit small for a week. Around 250 calories so I can perhaps slowly make it bigger and prevent the all or nothing mentality.
2 kg in two weeks is great, we’ll done! Counting calories and eating vegetables sounads like a good plan to follow!
