Started with 118kg two week ago, now down 2kg-2.5 kgs (depending on fluctuation).
I am essentially counting calories and running a deficit, trying to have some vegetable with every meal.
2 kg in two weeks is great, we’ll done! Counting calories and eating vegetables sounads like a good plan to follow!
