Yes, I get that people need to eat, but goddamn it man THERE ARE OTHER WAYS TO GET MONEY THAN SELLING OUT.
at least push one last update that warns the users
I don’t believe that the lack of a warning was an honest mistake. 😉
Best we can do is remember the name “Tibor Kaputa” and avoid his apps that might pop up in the future. 🕳
On a side note, if anyone uses Omnivore, I discovered yesterday that they have sold out as well (to an AI startup). We got a 2 weeks notice to export our stuff because accounts will be deleted.
