One was just sitting in the middle of Natural Bridge, in Natural Bridge State Park, Kentucky. The second pair just showed up on the hood of my still running car while I was on delivery. The universe does strange things like that.
How about we save the money by not giving the police literal attack dogs to maul people with… Maybe just start ripping budget away from the police that insist on buying up surplus military equipment, ensuring that the only tool they have to solve any problem is a gun.
