Doctor Who Wrote ‘Goldwater Rule’ Says He Would Recommend Dementia Tests For Trump Versus Doctor who wrote ‘Goldwater Rule’ says he would recommend dementia tests for Trump Or even Doctor which wrote ‘Goldwater Rule’ says he would recommend dementia tests for Trump Having ‘Who’ in caps is probably what triggered. Were used to seeing the show name / dr name capitalized.

Having ‘Who’ in caps is probably what triggered. Were used to seeing the show name / dr name capitalized.
Headlines usually are written in headline case which capitalize everything but article. It might’ve been good to deviate from the guidelines in this case
