The ruble just passed a one hundred to a dollar too, and they have the gas pedal to the metal and no breaks but it seems it is not at all enough.
As the others already said, it’s most probably russia, they just threatened to do it and no one else have the motive. But also I said, who even cares? and still you have to respond a pre made text about uncertainty.
