Miyamoto shares Nintendo is working on the sequel to the Super Mario Bros. Movie. Expected April 3rd, 2026 in the US. Some Mario games release dates are announce in the end:
- Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door - May 23, 2024.
- Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD - June 27, 2024
- Dr. Mario, Mario Golf and Mario tennis available March 12, 2024 on Game Boy Nintendo Online.
This is Mario Day, no one told them to announce shit just ignore it. They made a press release.
Also yeah Wonder came out but I hated it.
same here, I’ve played hundreds of hours of Odyssey but the 2d platformers I will barely make it through to the end credits. For a company that produces as many games as Nintendo I think it’s reasonable to consider the 2d and 3d mario platformers different series and hold them to independent expectations.
in any case though they’re definitely holding off odyssey 2 until the next console release at this point 🫤
