Yeah, I guess it is hard to seperate symbolic power from actual power. So I don’t know if you could ever have a purely symbolic monarchy that can not possibly be unfairly advantaged by their position.

But they have actualy political power. The Queen lobbies to change laws to her liking.
I thought that was explicitly against their constitution? Though, it’s par for the course for legislation to not apply to the elite of the West, so…
