i recently canceled my spotify subscription, so i’m looking to download whole albums and if possible download whole discography easily instead of individual songs
Edit: thank you all comrades for the recomendations!
Soulseek is far better than torrenting for music.
I have been using it for almost 10 years and I can say you will find the rarest of things without taking into account some private tracker, good quality fast download speed. The best for music.
Happy bread day
+1 for soulseek as well. Been using it for almost 10 years now.
Soulseek forever
I’ve heard soulseek is good.
Rutracker dot org has a massive selection of albums in flac quality. Many artists have whole discography uploaded. Use tools like cuetools to convert single album flac to individual tracks and/or to convert to mp3’s or other preferred format (I like aac).
In addition to the other mentions here I can also recommended looking into Deemix. This pulls flac or mp3 from deezer. It is able to do whole albums or discography also. You’d need a deezer subscription but you can find arl for a subscription if you look around.
RIP what.cd
OiNK, too. I was a teenager when it went down and it was devastating lol
I installed spicetify for spotify on desktop, it can skip and disable all ads along with other cool useful extensions like making anonymous radios, removing the podcasts, or changing the terrible default skin.
Any official site to download from? can you dm me the link pls
http://free-mp3-download.net/ is a good one, it also offers FLAC
Any torrent site like 1337x, rarbg, torrents-csv.ml, will have nearly everything.
i tried 1337, is sure is easy to find discography of english singing groups like queen, but for example tim maia, a brazilian artist barely has anything
I thought rarbg died?
It did. But it existed so long it’s like a ghost that will be haunting thoughts and answers for a long time. Even dead it looms large in what it was.
redacted is good but it is quite difficult to get into unless you know someone.
I didn’t know anyone so I went through the application process and interview. It was difficult but they let me in!
Nice
Do you use Android OS?
If you do, it’s very very easy to download an .apk for app called “xmanager” which automates the download and install process (and updating) of Spotify. Just make a dummy second Spotify account (you could use your main one, but, you know…) and after you install and login you have Spotify premium with all the benefits still. You can find Pandora cracked .apks too.
I’ll give the weirdos on reddit credit for their piracy lists though. Here’s a big ol fat list.

Finding decent torrents for music is one of the more challenging ones now days. It used to not be the case, but since like google music, spotify, etc. the torrent scene, especially for obscure music, got shittier. On public trackers anyway. In my experience. Anyway, there’s certainly some shit on that list that fills your need.
A Reddit link was detected in your comment. Here are links to the same location on Teddit and Libreddit, which are Reddit frontends that protect your privacy.
To build off of this comment this is what I use for streaming, but I also have another app on my android phone called Spotiflyer and I just put in a link to an artist, playlist, album, etc. and it downloads everything for me without any need of torrents.
Honestly I just use spotube, it’s not piracy but damn is it good.
metal-tracker.com if you need metal music
Another vote for Soulseek here, best place to get music
