I remember hearing about this fraud years and years ago, around the time he first began dabbling in politics during the Obama administration. It was supposedly widely known among people involved in New York local issues. Why did it take all this time to land a conviction?
Oh don’t worry. There are still years and years of appeals enough that Trump won’t feel the sting of this for the remainder of his natural life.
but what lawyer is stupid enough to file those appeals on behalf of him?
