I was hopping there was an easy to find torrent containing all the breaches.
They breach the data to sell it, putting it online for free would be strange. With that said, I don’t understand how the engine finds the breach if the data isn’t easily accessible. Good question

Yeah when they’ve posted it its likely been released publicly elsewhere. Pretty sure haveibeenpwned doesn’t pay for dumps.
