Tee Nuts are annoying coz there are also T Nuts, which are used in aluminium extrusion channels. And there’s also Tea Nuts which are nuts you put in tea if you are low on iron.

I went and saw Peach Fuzz the other weekend at the John Curtin Hotel. Different vibe to this Peachfuzz, but awesome fun.
I’ve been weirdly enjoying my cheap Catalyst 60 modelling amp. Has some nice clean tones and you can deep dive with the phone app to really dial in what you’re looking for if you want. But even the knobs on top of the amp allow you a good bit of tuning. Also allows you to experiment with a bunch of in built pedal-like effects/reverbs you switch on/off.
I’d say it’s used semi frequently in skate photography. Typically a close shot with a wide lens. The tilt might be to realign the viewer with the skaters body position and show the extreme angle of the trick.
This has just made me wonder what the distance around the coastline of this land mass is and how long it would take to travel it via various means.
I hear they permanently implanted a contact mic in her nuckles so the audience can feel like they are the sternum itself.
I’m a daily rider/commuter by motorcycle and I’d love to get an electric bike. I don’t think I’d miss shifting gears at all, but (and I’ve been thinking about this) I think I’d like to have some kind of electric “clutch” that doesn’t work at all like a regular clutch but performs a similar function. In this case it would adjust the throttle map. Clutch full in = throttle does nothing. Clutch full out = aggressive or linear throttle map. I have not actually ridden any of the high end e-motos to know if this is necessary, but in my mind I would miss the ability to feather the clutch.
Ima fkn idiot for missing tix to the Dinosaur Jr gig. These guys are supporting.
Yeah, I’d be getting a lower class ebike coz in Australia basically an ebike has to be 250w or less and pedal assist or it falls into a grey/illegal area. I can’t be arsed with running an illegal bike - even if I might never get caught/questioned.
I feel like it’d be something like:
Something for offroad motocamp trips. Something electric for daily comute and runabout. And an electric grocery getter - which tbh should probs be an ebike so I could ride on bike paths etc, but I’ll keep my answer more moto related.
I have the soundtrack on CD. It does not have this track :(
I really love their Exquisite Corpse EP, but they’re an awesome band all round. Such great layers of melody and rhythm. One of my favourite drummers - saw them recently and Stella was awesome to watch (although I thought the sound mix for them was pretty bad, which was disappointing, but other people thought they sounded great, so dunno~)
Haha so wild to see this here. A few of my friends are in the video and I met the front man at a few parties. I’m actually not sure if the band is still together, or broken up tho
(Australian here) The Living End with End of Fashion at an all ages gig at the Metro in Perth.
Love this song and the “paint can” sounding drum kit
All good. Just wanted to check you weren’t trying to play some beastly classical and thinking “what’s wrong with me?!” when the neck is a mile wide haha. You’ll probably be fine with most electrics, just give it time or refer to the other advice in the thread. You could go to a guitar shop and try a short scale guitar like a fender mustang/Jag - see if it makes a world of difference or not.
I first listened to this album real late at night while finishing uni assignments. (I was going thru a list of highly recommended albums at the time.) Well, essentially as soon as Teenage Riot started and the guitar tones filled my ears I stopped working and just sat there. Listened to the whole album and didn’t do any further work that night - I definitely succumbed to the Daydream Nation. Still an all time top 3 for me and Eric’s Trip is a personal favourite track.
What kind of guitar do you have? There’s a big difference in neck size between say, a classical guitar and an electric.
Oh man, do! Transatlanticism is an album 100% worth a spin
We love a tea called Bengal Spice (B Spice) by Celestial Seasonings. Caffeine free. Kinda in the realm of chai. Dash of milk. Usually before bed.
