I hate to inform you of this, but Culver’s was a Wisconsin exclusive until maybe 10 years ago. I assume you are in KC, as they have Minskeys and Culver’s there. By all means, though, celebrate Minskeys. If it’s the pizza place in KC, General Tsos pizza sounds amazing.

I’ll suggest Tom’s Drive-in for burgers and Rocky Roccoco for pizza in my area.
