I’ve a RealDebrid subscription and stream from their servers to my kodi. Not just Amazon, all the services. $3/month, give or take. Might take a few hours/days for something to pop up, but I often don’t realize days that shows are “airing” or released, so I’m pleasantly surprised when it pops up as available.

These are the forces in play here from where I sit. Where in this world these plays are happening is irrelevant, because it’s the good ol’ free capitalist vs commies game still happening because economics and distraction from troubles at home.
Academic research doesn’t (can’t) move at the speed of social media shifts: by the time they take Insta and TikTok into account, the world will be onto something new (hopefully).
Buy the software. I tried the crack for a while at first too, but then I realized the problems I was encountering were directly related to the crack. (This is a number of releases ago) Back in the day they would ship you the DVR to install. Now I think steam is the only way.
