But a few years ago they released Dark Imperium, which advanced the storyline and modernized/codified some concepts, notably the Primaris space marines. Leviathan is the most recent release, and updates the overall narrative again. That could be a good start if you want to catch up on what’s current. Disclaimer: I’ve yet to read it

@vladmech @OnlyAwfulNamesLeft that’s a popular rumor currently circulating. The GW article did mention most retiring units have analogues with Primaris, so new scouts does seem highly likely!
