Damn, Bloodborne is my favorite game of all time so if Lies of P is anywhere as good as that I have to put it on my radar.

Have you played Bloodborne? If so, why do you prefer Lies of P over it?

They might have sold it to a competitor so this could be a big deal. Not to mention this was one of Billet Lab’s only prototypes and could’ve set them back months in terms of R&D.

I live in one of those places and we don’t have regional pricing. When Steam starts offering competitive pricing in Africa I’ll start buying games at full price but for the moment I’ll stick to buying games on sale and piracy.

I don’t think this is a moderation issue and I’ll give you an example to highlight why. Someone recently posted to the gaming community asking for advice on a something very basic but easily overlooked. The highest rated comments were basically mocking the poster. Not direct insults or anything ban-worthy but they were unhelpful. I don’t think that’s the type of engagement that people who signed up for this instance would like to see here.

I get what you mean but not everyone can afford $60 games. In some parts of the world that’s more than half a month’s salary.

As always with these kinds of stupid corporate decisions the workers will have to deal with the fallout. I bet they hate it as much as customers do.

One of the highways (4 lanes on each side) into my city has residential areas on both sides of the road. This is obviously very dangerous so the government puts rumble strips and speed bumps every kilometer or so. You can imagine how irritating driving on this road is.

The city was initially planned with racial segregation in mind by our colonizers, so I do have some sympathy for our government. However, they’ve had 60 years to get their shit together we’re stuck in a city that doesn’t feel like it was designed to be lived in.

I remember buying War For Cybertron for the PS3 off of a 9/10 review on IGN. This was back when I could only afford to get one or two games a year so it’s mediocrity stung so bad. Was one of my first experiences with buyer’s remorse.
