Now the Ukrainians are just showing off and making smoke rings for fun out of burned Russian military resources. I do hope they continue to perfect the execution.

I hope the French end up following through on their proposal of sending troops and it counters the NK deployment.

I am curious as to how they plan on handling dark sites moving forward. They appear to be gradually removing all references to local accounts and disabling local account installers. Is the goal to push all dark site deployments off of Windows?

That is crazy and had me nervous. It takes some insane guts to attempt a repair of a munition like that.

If it wasn’t for China, Russia would be in far worse condition. The Russians are getting supplied parts and materials from China due to sanctions. That’s the only reason Russia is still able to have a manufacturing base. Sure they have manufacturing facilities but the material, parts, and equipment has to come from somewhere and that is likely mostly China. In exchange, China gets cheap oil and gas. If China adheres to the sanctions, the impact on Russia would have been far more amplified.

I am surprised it won’t be more of a hardware improvement since the switch was released in 2017 so there has been a whole lot of new hardware to choose from since then. I would imagine there would be bigger improvements in GPU with the better Radeon offerings.

The maker of Ritz Crackers and Oreos (Mondelez) funds Russia in its war on Ukraine. Can’t unsee.

Hopefully they got a few more aircraft in the attack. Russia is going to have to move their airbases to Siberia after this.

I checked Wikipedia and it says that as of this Feb there have already been 250 sent to Ukraine. It’s exported to at least 15 countries and something like 5,000 of them exist. France is phasing them out for a newer model and they appear to be effective. I’m hoping France just sends them a couple thousand with the mechanized configuration that includes anti tank weapons. I am surprised I hadn’t seen footage of these yet since they should have some in country.

I’ve used a duress password with crypto containers since the old TrueCrypt introduced me to it a while back. Sure you can have the password and unlock the vault but it’s just text file notes in there that aren’t at all important. In reality though, no one would ever give a shit about my data enough to even ask me my password.

That would be so amazing, to see the Gripen in action over Ukraine. I hope the jet is as effective as claimed.
