Windows has WinGet now, which is a built in package manager. It might not be as good as most linux distro package managers, but it does exist.

You can only romance her if your Revan is a woman.
Well, the house I’m living in now was built in the 1960s, and is also still very solid.
My parents’ timber house is from the 1780s and is still solid. So, 240 years at least, give or take. I’m aware of plenty of timber houses from the 1600s that are still standing and functional as well.
It could be cool for using your old framework board when you upgrade.
Give me a hatchback with the current charging standard.
My parents are using a 3rd gen i7 and it works fine. My brother has a few computers, one is a 2nd gen intel, but I think he put Linux on that one. My home server was running on my 4th gen i7 until I upgraded it to my second gen Ryzen earlier this year after I upgraded my gaming.
I got an ender 3 pro for about $100 a couple years ago
You don’t want your computer to gain incredible, godlike powers?
I’m using Zoho. It’s pretty cheap and wasn’t hard to set up with my domain.
I drop my phone at least once a week (a few times onto concrete in a parking garage or asphalt driveway), and I’ve had it for about 2 years. 0 cracks, still using the screen protector and case from when I got it. The screen protector has a few scratches, and the small bit of case above the charging port broke off, but the phone itself (pixel 7pro) is still pristine.
There’s a setting Teams, under “Files and Links” where you can change it from Edge to Default Browser. Scummy that it works that way, but you can work around it at least (for now anyway).
Zenni optical is another affordable online option! Or eye buy direct. I’ve only used Zenni, but all of my glasses since like 2011 have come from them and I’ve had 0 issues!
I do, mostly because it gives a different menu if you click that vs the start menu (it shows recently open programs). If I’m searching I generally just hit the windows key and type, but if I’m slouched and reaching for the mouse only it can be helpful. It’s not like it takes up a lot of space, I’ve got an ultrawide at work and dual 2560x1440 monitors at home.
At my parents’ place, it’s about 9 miles (~14km) to the nearest gas station/convenience store, which has super limited hours, or roughly a 15 minute drive. It’s about 14 miles (~23km) to the nearest grocery store, or about a 20 minute drive.
I live in the suburbs of a major city, so the nearest stores from me are around a mile (1.6km) away. The nearest big supermarket is like 2 miles (3.2km) away.
Fortunately Minnesota (and several other states, Vermont being another) simply lets you self ID your gender marker on your license, so your driver’s license can have the correct gender even if your birth certificate can’t be changed because of shithole states being shitty.
I just want a tiny electric hatchback, like, Honda fit sized, that has like 150+ mile range, and doesn’t use an outdated charging standard. I’ve considered a Nissan Leaf but they are still sticking with the chademo charger port, which is way less common.
That’s a 4770k, so the CPU is from ~2014, so the motherboard is probably similar vintage.
Mint MATE also looks and works a lot like Windows.
With how the cabinet appointments have been going, he’ll probably get a position soon enough.
