The length of the wire is actually more an issue of capacitance and interferences. But these issues are easily mitigated by reducing the spi speed
The two doctors would only have a combined 50% success rate if they perform the same number of surgeries
This has some “yes do as I say” vibes
I’ll correct by saying that it’s with mainline linux that those cameras don’t work. Ubuntu Touch uses libhybris to run Android drivers, meaning most supported phones’ cameras work there…
Yeah this has me lost too
I don’t know what’s stupid to say about Gesellschaft für Software und Systementwicklung mit beschränkter Haftung
Hmm, I’m not sure… I must admit, I only use SeaBIOS, not GRUB, so I wouldn’t know how to configure it
Yeah, that’s basically right. I believe flashprog is also included in libreboot, have a look in the elf/
directory. After that, it should work as expected
Oh you can still do that. The path changed to elf/cbfstool/[TREE]/cbfstool
(replace [
with the tree concerened). Note that since the switch to the libre RAM init code, ]mrc.bin
is not included anymore
I’m not sure what you mean by “checking the ROM”…
Ich hab Stunden, nur leer. Meine Liebe ist Rache, die nie kostenlos ist
Fair but Ubuntu Touch is not mainline Linux. It’s a hack to get a GNU/systemd Userland working with an Android kernel (which arguably is also a huge feat)
Sure, but PMOS is by far the most complete and “daily-ready” mobile mainline Linux distro out there. In fact I’m pretty sure both Mobian and MoA use the PMOS kernels…
No. Most people mean PostmarketOS, which is Busybox/musl/Linux
realistic yet fantastical
So which is it then ?
Das heißt auf Deutsch ein Sprung!
(War zu lange nimmer auf ich_iel, sagt man hier noch „SPRICH“?)
I don’t know what the problem is. I’m trying to rule things out one after the other.
Maybe try using systemd-boot instead of GRUB?
There are a few ways to investigate, but for that we would need a bit more info. Firstly, what distro do you use ? Try using a different bootloader than GRUB to see if it solves the issue. Otherwise you could also try to use Linux’s UEFI stub.
Well then he’s neither: he’s American. He lives in Dunthorpe, Oregon and has been naturalised American. That’s all beyond the point: what people mean isn’t his official citizenship, but his ethnicity, his cultural background. And in that regard, he’s Swedish.
