        Just name one that can provide enough to supply the human body with the necessary amounts. Just one. You made the claim, now back it up…

                    You started this by saying there are many fruits with fat and protein. You refuse to name a single one.

                    I’m still saying that fruits are not a source of fats and proteins, and that ignoring basic nutrition will lead to disaster. I’ve been saying the same thing the entire time. You need fats and proteins as well as carbs for a balanced nutritional diet. Fats and proteins are literally macronutrients, by medical definition.

                    If you can’t support your claim, just let it go. Continuing to argue only makes you look desperate for attention.
