    “under oath” testimony of what though? What specific information has been given? Where are the UFOs?

    What has he provided that is not “I heard from a guy I won’t name about things I can’t provide specific detail on happening at a location I won’t give”?

    This is all you ever get from whack jobs like this. Just enough to fuel conspiracy theories but not enough to settle anything.
