The only way I’ve managed to do this is with a male to female Y splitter audio jack cable. I connect one audio cable to the computer and in the other I put some headphones. Then I use audacity to record the output sound in the computer.

Recording the internal audio directly would be much simpler. I’m using Android 10, LineageOS 17.1-20220209-NIGHTLY-davinci.
