Re Blade it seems like Blade is extra important to Feige. D23 is around the corner so we might get an update then but I expect it’s going to get a quiet bump. Not announced and when asked about it later he’ll say it’s still in development.
Re setup, yeah I’m not sure if Shang Chi or Doctor Strange will be the setup film. The original Avengers had them all get together in that same film, so it could happen here as well.
If I had to guess, a tease will happen at the end of Fantastic Four, Doctor Strange will get involved as a setup, Doomsday, then Shang Chi will get pulled in.
