Does anyone know how to make Pho in the States?
I’ve tried a few times simmering Oxtails and I just can’t get it to taste anything like the restaurants.

Great! Now I want some!! Pho is my new obsession, I love it so much. I try to get to a different place to try every month or so. This looks fantastic.
