Hello guys,
One of the great things about the fediverse is that we potentially bring back subreddits and communities that Reddit previously banned. Of course we want to avoid illegal or immoral or politically questionable stuff but I think the explosion in Lemmy’s popularity has created a unique opportunity under which we can bring back certain types of content that Reddit has banned over the years.
Like, I would love to see /r/WatchPeopleDie, /r/Gore, and NSFW deep fake porn to come back.
What sort of communities do you want to see make a comeback?
Well we don’t necessarily need to host it on this instance if the mods/admins aren’t ok with it, but I wouldn’t mind setting those communities up on another instance and perhaps advertising it for those interested in such content.
