These numbers are from Ukraine. Personell losses are necessarily an estimate, but probably not completely off the mark.
Russia or Ukraine do not publish daily numbers of their own losses.

These are published by Ukraine’s defence ministry, I believe
Ukraine. They are definitely propaganda numbers, but in the past, the Ukrainian numbers for enemies killed closely matched US/NATO numbers for total casualties (killed, injured or captured).

These seem completely unrealistic. I think anyone taking this at face value is almost as naive as someone taking the numbers propagated by Russia at face value.
