Ive been riding for about a week and wondered if these stats were any good? Time - 1:18:13 Miles - 25.4 Average Speed 19.5 Feet ascent - 1115 Feet descent 1178. I wasn’t trying for any time trials actually the og plan was going for an “easier ride” since I went to the gym prior but I just felt good on the bike so I rolled with it. Im trying to route more climb vs flat rides so I have variation in my weekly schedule. My longest ride was about 40 miles at a 17.7 pace but I don’t have the elevation since I didn’t have a bike computer at the time. Again noobie here, so any advice on how to improve is greatly welcomed.
