It should pop up in the search result where you can subscribe.

Fediverse (not Lemmy) might be that one thing where everyone shares their thoughts; siloed social media websites like Reddit will probably become irrelevant in the future like the “internet” forums from the ‘00s are today.

The whole concept of federation is that you only need to use one account and one website to access all the others.
