The best headset for Xbox Series X|S we've tested is the Audeze Maxwell Wireless. Even though these headphones can be hard to find in stock, they can be worth waiting for.
I’ve got the Maxwell’s myself and they are fantastic.
I mispoke. They definitely are audiophile quality headphones, just not top of the line. I don’t think there are any true true ones built for gaming (as far as I know). That’s what Adueze is trying to do. And I think they’re doing a damn good job. Keeping in mind that up to a point sound is subjective to the listener, I’ve owned the Xbox Headset, Razor Black Shark, SteelSeries Artic 9x, Astro A50’s, and Turtle Beach stealth 700x and the Maxwell’s out preform all of them buy a longshot in my opinion!
