Still a company I don’t entirely care for, but it’s an absolute win for the employees so great for them.
it’s a win for some employees, what they will do is get rid of the expensive workers that have been there for years and hire more new people.
I would bet that they end up making more money after the pay raises.
They’ll increase hourly wages by $0.50/hour. … And decrease employee hours to 10 hours/week.
I wonder if this includes the coaches and leads. Would be weird if they didn’t get a raise.
That happened near me recently. State minimum went up and now leads make less than a dollar more than someone at the most basic level
