According to Section IX of Ukraine’s 1990 Declaration of State Sovereignty:

The Ukrainian SSR solemnly declares its intention of becoming a permanently neutral state that does not participate in military blocs and adheres to three nuclear free principles: to accept, to produce and to purchase no nuclear weapons.

        No I agree with you, calling people ignorant isn’t insulting at all! Subtext isn’t a thing and calling people ignorant is only a factual statement.

          That’s correct but you’re the one who’s mentioning subtext. If you don’t know what you’re talking about and you find it insulting that I’m pointing that out then that’s just you.

          You could take an opportunity to learn something you didn’t, instead of believing the same people who told us that there were WMDs in Iraq.
