Yep, personally I believe everyone that entered the Capitol building that day should be spending the rest of their natural lives in prison. You shouldn’t be allowed to enjoy the benefits of the society whose government you tried to violently overthrow. They’re all traitors.
But I’d settle for if the maximum sentence according to whatever each person actually ended up being charged with. unfortunately even that isn’t being done. It’s very frustrating.
Or, you know, the actual legal consequences defined by the law instead of slaps on the wrist for trying to overthrow the government.
