Yes! Go to talkai or aichatting and add the page to your home screen, then you can talk to ChatGPT without logging in or an app.

I don’t know about the backend, both companies say that you can use ChatGPT without logging in. So you click in the little box and can ask questions and ChatGPT answers.
Oh but aichatting has a cap of just a few questions every so and so, but talkai is unlimited
Talkai app simply doesn’t work. I found an app called askai that works
I said to use the talkai website, I haven’t tried the app because I don’t want to register.
