No idea. One person on the original thread said they were getting back from some parade or drill moving by night to not disrupt the traffic much. Looking at the pics it don’t look like a riot, nothing is destroyed, tanks are moving in a row, the lane is marked by tape, there is the guy with yellow vest apparently directing the traffic, and people around stands still taking photos.
