Hi, nice photo…I was thinking originally ‘ceiling tiles’ but I’m now thinking it’s something much, much smaller…? What am I looking at?

Also, I’ve cross posted this to abstract photography, with a link to your original post and credit

      Hey! Thanks!

This was shot through a window into a shop display at night. It was just kind of a neat texture they had used for the backdrop behind some display items. The area in question is probably a couple feet across. I think the raw file is still floating around somewhere, and I’ll follow-up with the focal length if I can find it.

I processed the image with DxO to remove lens distortion & straighten everything.

        Thanks for the info!

The other photos you’ve posted are also really good, especially the boat, the colour really pops and I love the water…I’m looking forward to seeing more of your back catalogue 👍

Thanks! These are most of the good ones! I’m just a mediocre amateur, so have maybe a 1:10,000 success rate 😜

I have a couple more from Asia I’m wanting to get to as I have time.

I feel your pain lol, I go out and take loads of photos, then have to wade through them to find maybe one half decent one…it’s a journey though, and a bit of fun!
