Sisko: We’re so glad to see so many of you lovely people here tonight. And we would especially like to welcome all the representatives of Section 31 that have chosen to join us here in Quark’s at this time. We certainly hope you all enjoy the show. And remember, people, that no matter who you are and what you do to live long and prosper, there are still some things that makes us all the same. You. Me. Them. Everybody. Everybody.

Vic: 🎵Everybody, Needs somebody, Everybody, Needs somebody to love, Someone to love🎵

Funny, given how much people hated ENT at the time. It was a good show, but the CGI has aged poorly.

I’ve been watching it for the first time recently, the CGI is sort of as expected, but that theme song brings tears to my eyes hah

It’s not that bad, but it definitely shows it’s age.

I decided to watch Babylon 5 again a few weeks ago, that CGI has really aged poorly! Holy shit!!

Our standards have dropped. Its like Star Wars prequels, they were bad, but hot damn they’re gold compared to the sequels.

Can I ask how you made this? I’d love to be able to add my own text to animated gifs!

I made the clip by cutting the mp4 from the movie to the length I wanted with vidcutter, then used ffmpeg on the command line to convert it to a gif. If you’re on windows I’m thinking the gif would be simpler to make, then I used gifntext dot com to add the captions. If you get stuck I can try making your gif for you

you know I never thought to ask how it’s done, and seeing you show a way to do it has made me realize I need to ask people how they do stuff more
