      That depends greatly on where the explosive is in relation to the head and shoulders in question. If the explosive is in the person’s throat, very, very tiny; if the explosive is another town, very, very big.

      And there is no direct correlation between explosive force and fire; that comes down to the type of explosive used. A Molotov Cocktail can set a car on fire without an explosion. A pressure-based explosion can cause destruction without any fire at all.

      They’re just looking at the things they can actually use to draw conclusions while making sure not to draw conclusions from things that they can’t.
